COOK FOR GOOD - VIRTUAL ONLINE ZOOM & LIVE KITCHEN TEAM BUILDING & BONDING COOKING EVENTS WHERE TEAMS COOK FOR CHARITY AND SOCIAL ACTION IN THE UK, COOKING FOR THOSE IN NEED, HOMELESS & VULNERABLE PEOPLE

IN-KITCHEN TEAM COOKING

Due to social distancing restrictions, we’re unable to offer our unforgettable in-kitchen experiences right now.

We’ll be back in the kitchen as soon as it’s safe; take look at the information below to find out what our face-to-face events involve.

In the meantime, sign up for our virtual equivalent: an online
Cook & Connect event.

All Cook for Good in-kitchen team experiences result in food being cooked for homeless and vulnerable people. Events start with a team briefing from our expert chefs, followed by the cooking, and culminating with the team coming together to serve, store, send and share the meal they’ve cooked, and to reflect on their experience.

There are three in-kitchen options for a Cook for Good team event:
Cook and Serve
Up to 14 people, on site at a London homeless shelter, Cook the meal from scratch under the watchful eye of our professional chefs and then serve it directly to the clients of the shelter (up to 150 people). This is a fixed schedule 08h15 start time, finishing at 14h45 after a shared team lunch. A tour of the shelter (with Q & A) is available after lunch.
Cook and Store
Up to 14 people, on site at a London homeless shelter, Cook the meal from scratch under the watchful eye of our professional chefs and store it in the walk in fridge. It will be served to the clients of the shelter (up to 150 people) for their lunch the following day. This is a flexible schedule with an afternoon start of between 14h15 (finishing at 18h30) and 16h15 (finishing at 20h30), after a shared team dinner. We can arrange for some members of the team to attend the food service the following day if required. a tour of facilities and Q & A is included.
Cook and Send
Any number of people, in one of our many partner kitchen venues all over the UK. The participant team(s) creates food for shelter(s), as well as their own team meal. Food for shelter(s) is packaged up and sent by refrigerated van to a shelter for lunch the following day. The team sits and enjoys a shared meal together. We can arrange for some members of the team to attend the food service the following day if required.
Our packages are suitable for teams of all shapes and sizes, from the same organisation or across companies and sectors. These are the different team types we’ve hosted to date.
