TEAM BUILDING

Team building events with social goals

Our cooking-based team building events are popular with organisations of all shapes and sizes, who share our purpose, love the idea of cooking together and want to use their training budgets as a force for good.

We offer a choice of different formats, and can build in bespoke training and development elements too. Whichever you choose, we can promise you a fun, fast-paced experience that gives direct support to a community in need.

We're currently booking teams events for the festive season, with a limited number of slots available in November and December. Please get in touch if you'd like to bring a team to celebrate with us.

Thank you for such a wonderful event!
I’ve never seen the team so engaged.

Our team building experiences

Cook & Share

Create a meal to share with the community

With Cook & Share, you'll create tasty, nutritious ready-meals, which we will deliver to local residents, shelters or charities.

You'll get the high-pressure experience of mass catering, and insights from working together in a different way, as well as making meals that will make a difference.

You'll also have the chance to mull over what the experience has taught you, individually and as a team, when you share a meal together at the end of the session.

Cook & Serve

Host a meal for local residents

Cook & Serve is the most hands-on of all our cooking events, combining the heat of the kitchen and the pressure of hungry guests to sharpen up how you interact with each other.

Guided by our head chef, you'll work as a team to cook a starter, main and dessert, which you’ll then serve to around 50 residents at a community meal.

You'll end the session by coming together to enjoy the food you've created, and see whether your hard work hit the spot.

Cook & Eat

Connect with your team through food

Cook & Eat brings a group of colleagues together to bond, have fun together and learn new skills, by cooking and sharing a three-course meal.

You’ll plan and execute your cooking challenge together, working to a tight timeframe under our head chef, then enjoy the meal and discuss what the experience has brought you.

All the profits from your event will support the delivery of our community programme, which includes cooking classes, community meals and a surplus food pantry.

Cook & Connect

Bring your team together online

Cook & Connect is a virtual alternative to our in-kitchen events, bringing your team together online for laughs, learning and loads of food, wherever they are.

You’ll take part in a live, interactive session, suitable for everyone from cooking avoiders to expert home chefs, and based on a menu of your choice.

And as well as enjoying the shared experience of cooking, and ending up with a delicious meal to eat, you’ll be helping fund our community programme.

"What a great event! We all had such fun, learnt so much, made and tasted incredible food and left feeling incredibly humbled and connected to such an amazing initiative!"

Camelot

What a thoroughly excellent day! Thank you so much to the team.  Really good to be able to serve the local community, and speak with them - brings it all to life.
